An attempt has been made, however, in

Appendix B, and this shows a presumptive profit on the whole

scheme of over 3 million dollars in addition to the saving

of some $100,000 a year for rent and lodging money.

Although it is necessary to allow a large margin

of error in many of the iteme show, it appears improbable

that this large presumptive profit would turn out to be in

fact a lose.
